Juliane Krüger: The staff and service were very friendly, courteous and kind. There is only one point to mention. For vegetarians there was less choice at the buffet. So maybe there could have been more vegetarian food. So our stay was almost perfect and we would absolutely recommend the hotel.
2:
J S: Well maintained rooms and good service offered by all the staff. Check-in was easy and fast. The ground floor restaurant was a disappointment though given the very average quality of prepared items and the prosaic tinned items on offer in the breakfast buffet.
3:
Natasha Curulli: Amazing hotel! First class advice all the way. Friendly staff, clean facilities and close to the beach. Breakfast buffet was SO good! Mustafa was fantastic, his service and attention to detail was next level 😊 100% would stay again and recommend 10/10!
Khalidiya (Sheraton) Hotel
Address :
Zayed The First St – opposite KM Trading – Al Hisn – Abu Dhabi
Neil: Good hotel and welcoming staff. Amazing view at the sea however the distance is not short and you have to go at least 10 minutes to near beach. Room was big and comfortable with all necessary furniture. But laundry service overpriced and price tag don’t include taxes. Restaurant on the ground floor is terrible, few options in menu. I ordered salad and waited about 10 minutes, but waiter didn’t bring me my order I went to another restaurant.
2:
Rie darll Acosta: Mr. Roger in the reception was very wonderful and catered to my every need, he was so kind and very professional when talking to customer. He always wears a smile in every guest. Applaud to his efforts. The room was impeccably clean and all the facilities were in perfect working order. The sea view was perfect view that you can see the beautiful corniche beach.
3:
Mark Phillip: The front desk staff are very nice and accommodating. The rooms(booked for 2 rooms) were clean and spacious. There is only one bad experience for me in my stay there, I asked politely for extra coffee packs in the room boy but he was not very accommodating he frowned at me and he said there is no more coffee. He could have said it in a more polite way.
Premier Inn Abu Dhabi Capital Centre Hotel
Address :
National Exhibition Centre – Al Muntada St, Capital Centre Abu Dhabi – Abu Dhabi
Kwok Ng: A good hotel opposite the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition centre. It is well positioned to have taxis, buses to drop off and pick up people. There is a small pool and gym for users, and there are free shuttle buses to main tourist attractions. This bit of extra service is most appreciated. The restaurant has nice food for good local prices, with friendly service. Breakfast was varied too.
2:
Rhapsody Li: I booked a stay for my parents and I was so happy that I booked them here. From the location, the service, the food, the facilities, to the people, 5 stars. The only dilemma they had was toilet paper was always lacking unless you specifically asked. However, the rest is perfect. Thank you as well to the very friendly staff Jazal and Hezel. They made the stay very cozy and nice. Would definitely book here again.
3:
Mohammad Ali: Really good hotel. Nice clean rooms, and exceptional service at the front desk from Ms. Farida. Best rate in Abu Dhabi. Was searching for hotels throughout but found the best rates here at the front desk. 10/10 would recommend to people looking for a short and abrupt stay.
City Seasons Al Hamra Hotel
Address :
Electra – Sheikh Zayed the First – Al Danah – Zone 1 – Abu Dhabi
Rahul Singh: Hotel is well maintained affordable, clean with cooperative staff. Location is good almost everything of daily need you can found nearby. Housekeeping service is Excellent. Breakfast timing are little strict, one should be more cautious about this. Washroom are too small which is the only thing I must say is not good about the hotel. Otherwise everything is intact and worthy. Indian restaurant are also nearby at walking distance one can easily accessible using Google maps. Taxi are frequently available right from the outside of the hotel.
2:
Hubert: The place is incredible. Very pleasant service. We were made to feel welcome by the staff who made sure we had everything we needed. We were given basic necessities like toothbrushes, razors or even slippers! We shall remember this short stay fondly and hope to visit again. Highly recommend
3:
Shripad Kulkarni: Hotel is situated in a city centre with almost all daily needs one can find nearby. Hotel is very well maintained and Staff here is very co operative and friendly. Rooms are specious. Housekeeping service is very good. Many Indian restaurants are available nearby.
Premier Inn Abu Dhabi International Airport Hotel
Address :
Opposite Terminals 1 & 3 – Abu Dhabi International Airport – Abu Dhabi
Jonathon Davey: Am I satisfied? Yes. The only thing I look for in a hotel built solely for convenience (aside from convenience) is cleanliness, working WiFi, hot water and a comfortable bed. This is an airport hotel. Is it overpriced? Indeed it would be in central Abu Dhabi where a 5* can be obtained for the same price, however, you’re a short walk from your gate, and as such, you’re buying life’s most valuable commodity… time. The room was suitable, and though I didn’t opt-in to breakfast, there was a pool and jacuzzi open from 8am until 7pm combined with a terrace and seating area as-well-as a 24-hour gym, with weights, 3x treadmills and 3/4 weight trading apparatuses. The staff were friendly and I was offered an extra 2 hours (presumably free) to check out, and luggage trolleys were available at the entrance. The vibe was great – a lot of movement, of course, but of a comfortable type. Would recommend, though do shop around, as prices differ drastically depending on the booking provider.
2:
Amelie: I stayed there multiple times due to long layover at AUH. This is so convenient. A few minutes walk through the airport and you’re at the hotel. Costa coffee is open 24h. Friendly reception and they will keep your bag as long as needed. Rooms are great and clean, very quiet. Pool on the rooftop is also nice and I really appreciate the sun deck, away from the pool/kids/splash. Definitely recommend and will use again if needed.
3:
Shihab shamsudheen: Hotel exceeded my expectations was spotless. great hospitality and comfortable rooms. The staffs were nice and polite.. They were really friendly and always keeps a nice smile on their face, Especially Mr.Abdul the front desk staff who is really energetic, warm hearted always had a solution for my difficulties that I faced in Abu Dhabi. He also suggested me the places that I can visit in Abu Dhabi easily. Really thankful to him.
John Earl Valentin: we went here without any expectations, but boy did they deliver something we were not expecting for a city hotel at that price point. The room we paid for is an executive room which, in terms of space and comfort, surprised us a lot in a good way. big windows, huge bath surprisingly good channels and sound insulation that is above par from other hotels in this price point. the pool was average and not heated well but we still enjoyed it. the spa was nice and the jacuzzi and sauna were working – not the usual under maintenance or closed due to Covid excuse. Breakfast was delightful and offered a vast number of breakfast choices. it was a total shocker considering that we have stayed in some city hotels as well and this one is definitely a cut above the rest. Parking was horrendous though and bathroom fixtures need updating as they look a bit dingy. it also would be nice that since parking isn’t available, they just provide valet for free to ease the guest’s frustrations. this is me nit-picking because we definitely got a lot of good things from the price that we paid for.
2:
oriol fernandez colomer: Spacious and comfortable rooms, a good bed. Good room cleaning service, very attentive and friendly staff. good views from the pool and a magnificent hairdresser-barbershop service.
3:
Bandar AlTurky: Almost everything was Great. Staff are friendly room service and cleaning Are good. The only downside I found Was the lack of parking spots around the hotel. And they Charge 20D for Valet parking Per day.
Royal Rose Hotel
Address :
1025 Sheikh Zayed The 1st (Electra – 7th St – Al Markaziyah District – Abu Dhabi
Lin Jiang: hanged to 5 star as I can feel the hotel do willing to do their best, just something no go as we normally expected. The hardware and food also excellent. Changed to 4 star as besides the bad experience at check in, others pretty good. Have waited for 1 hour but still not checked in, we have a plane of people arranged here by Etihad airways due to flight delay, still no chance to see how good the hardware is but the process is absolutely disaster, can’t believe they take so long for check in.
2:
Dixy Xavier: It’s a five star luxurious hotel! When you enter the reception you get the fragrance of rose, even though there are no roses to be seen. The staff speak English and they are professional. The room was spacious for 1 person. Toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and towel were available. There’s a buffet of international cuisines for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Juices and desserts are also available. There are shuttles to the airport
3:
SHERAL SONIA MASCARENHAS: Very nice , clean & tidy rooms with beautiful interiors . Service was quick . People at the reception & housekeeping were very kind & helpful. Nice ambience & hotel is located in the centre of city. Breakfast had a lot of varities & was delicious . Would surely visit again. Thank you royal rose team for the wonderful hospitality
Harshitha dashetty: Great service. All staff service are very good, and always friendly and helpful. especially Hazel from Housekeeping she did a very good job with organizing the room. All staff are very professional and always willing to assist. I enjoyed my stay very much.
2:
Tshepo Mantshiu: The hotel is nice. Very elegant and classy. The service is top-tier. All the members are kind and welcoming. It closely located to the airport so it is the best place to stay if you have a layover. This however does make it far from the main city. It is also very close to Dalma mall and the national aquarium. Some healthy past times. The rooms are very small, however you do get what you pay for. I had dinner. The dinner was full buffet and was cooked to perfection. Really enjoyed myself.
3:
Neriza Gementiza: Very good overall service. Excellent approach by the reception, especially Mary who helped us out with our lost and found items. Great breakfast menu. Very accommodating life guard on the swimming pool. Facilities are clean and organize.

Novotel Abu Dhabi Al Bustan
Address :
St – Sheikh Rashid Bin Saeed St – Rabdan – Zone 1 – Abu Dhabi
sreemeeth kulal: My stay was excellent in this place and i loved the service provided.. there is no saying of No for your needs. Even the smallest concern were well taken care. Loved the proffessionalism and gentleness of staff in pepper restaurent. “Satnam” and her team in the restaurent really impressed me with their ettiquetes and approach.
2:
Ina Sharma: The Hotel looks good and the staff is also nice but the room particularly the one I stayed in was not up to the mark. We went for a base category but it was way to small plus the room had this old vibe of staying in a motel. Carpet has holes due to smoking Buds ( which were not covered). The lobby had smoking fragrance ( May be because they were smoking rooms but still ) The Room was very small as compared to the ones that we saw on the Website. Though we were mostly out exploring hence was fine. But if you are planning to stay for longer duration. Please make sure either you book a higher category or take a look before saying yes to the accommodating room.
3:
Ashra Arsha: Such a Fantastic experience I had, You are never going to want to leave this hotel! I certainly didn’t. The location and rooms are beautiful, the staff is warm, responsive, and friendly. The food is mind blowing . I give this hotel 5 star for the cleanliness such a gleaming hotel. Believe the reviews and just stay here. You wont be disappointed. I will definitely be back.
