Nars Mye: You’re in good hands with Dr. Ahmed Abdelal. I highly recommend him as best dentist in the hub of Abu Dhabi. Greg Basa: One of the best crossfit boxes out there. The classes and coaches are superb. Plenty of variety in the programmed workouts. The open gym is fully kitted for free weight training as well as basic gymnastics. Skill classes are also available with Olympic Weightlifting being a favourite.

E Ramos: A very clean and friendly health care center in the Marina Mall villas area. The have sufficient parking in the front and back of the building. One particular doctor was late for our appointment and an administrator offered us a special treat to compensate for the thirty-odd-minutes wait. That was excellent customer service!!!

Farah R: The best Speech and OT therapists in the UAE. Nour and Elias have been working with my son for such a short period yet the results are so quick it blew my mind off. They work with love and patience and they’re very reassuring although my son is not an easy child at all. They prioritize their patients over even their own break time. He could feel their calmness and love and that’s why they’re the only people he actually agrees to stay with alone without me. It’s precious to have genuine people work with our kids. Sometimes when I’m waiting for him I also hear other therapists with other kids and I’m as impressed. The clinic is very clean and the customer service is amazing! I’m so glad to have started with them and I have no doubt that my son will meet their goals in no time.

MM M: Went in for a lower back injury and came out feeling good as new thanks to Mahmoud! The staff at the reception gave me a warm welcome and made me feel comfortable as I waited for my appointment. The clinic itself is well decorated with a calming ambience, which is a welcome change from the cold environments typical of healthcare facilities. Mahmoud was great as always, made sure I was comfortable through out the session and did everything in his power to relieve me of the pain, which he did. The pain was significantly reduced after and I was able to walk much more comfortably. I woke up the next morning with no stiffness and the pain has decreased significantly. Highly recommended!!

After a long time of not sleeping well due to atrocious shoulder pain and hearing that they have finally opened a branch here in Abu Dhabi, I decided to visit DISC Clinic. I was pleasantly surprised at how professional yet friendly the reception staff greeted and cared for me. After completing the registration formalities, Mahmoud Qasem, my physiotherapist, invited me to join him in his office. I was shocked about how huge, beautiful, cosy and spotless this place is; you feel you are in a wellness centre, not in a clinic where you go scared, stressed and full of pain. Once we arrived at his office, it only took him a few minutes to build my profile, talking and explaining to me in the most professional and calm way possible what he was going to do and how I would feel during the treatment. I forgot to mention that he practised the needle therapy; who likes needles??? I felt nothing but the pain slowly leaving my body, being replaced by what is called Happiness. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, Mahmoud Qasem, for giving me back the sleep. I will definitely be back, even just to say hello. Well done!!

Lama Tabbara: My happy healing place. I cannot recommend this physiotherapy center enough. The treatment is holistic to say the least. Therapists take the time to understand and help you conquer your rehabilitation all while empowering you in a way that makes all your fears or limiting beliefs disappear. My favorite physiotherapists whom I have recommended to family and loved one are Mohammad and Basma although the rest of the team is equally competent.

Andrew Clarke: If you want the best treatment go to this place. I have been treated by Hiten for several injuries and he is a truly excellent physiotherapist. If you have a sports related (or other) injury I recommend him without reservation. His impressive background as a physio to top sports teams has obviously given him a deep understanding of the nature of injuries and the solutions to cure them. I am particularly impressed with his diagnostic powers – he will calmly assess your problem and get to the root of the issue very quickly. His solutions have been fully effective for a range of injures for myself, my wife and my daughter – so I can talk with some authority on this!

Gergő Várhegyi: Having had a long lasting lower back pain (as a consequence of a former gym injury) I finally visited Erika at Perfect Balance for a treatment. After a thorough investigation she identified the root cause as having improper movement during certain lifts due to the relatively weak lower core muscles. She applied cupping therapy and suggested specific exercises to develop the subject muscles. After months of re-occurring lower back pain; finally I am pain free! I would recommend Erika and Perfect Balance to anyone; she managed to fix my back issues in 2 appointments!
