Shanika Steiner: Dr. Webster and Nurse Melina have helped me the past three visits as I have been quite ill. Their expertise and professionalism has helped greatly with my visits to the clinic. My only concern for this branch is that during rush hour when there are many patients, the treatment room where the nurse checks you is short staffed. Adding more staff will help the nurse handling the patients work better with less pressure and stress.

She is very scientific and professional, and also has very friendly personality. She will not blind you with fancy words, instead of directly getting the point. Additionally, it is a very pleasant experience in the center. People are very nice there. We also very appreciate that they can help us to prepare claim forms for the insurance.

Ramzy Ramzy: There is a board in your lab saying priority is given to pregnant women, children, and senior citizens; there is no problem with that if you have 10 counters for registration and 10 collection rooms; but you have only 2 counters for registration, and on the other hand, all these categories you mention on your board are waiting at the same time. How will you give them priority? You are simply putting this board up for show only, and how will you give that proficiency measurement? What about if I am a young man, but I am having serious issues? I think you have to review your policy on this one. I waited 45 minutes and after that one customer came asking for priority, and he was sent immediately. I don’t mind giving privilege to others but without affecting other customers. We visited your institution because we are all sick. Please review your policy.
