Zhao Qingqing: Dr. Ahmed Mahmoud Hamza in general surgery department is very professional and helpful. As a patient, I can feel his carefulness and patience. I would highly recommend Dr. Ahmed. The only thing that I am not happy with this hospital is that the waiting time is too long to collect the medicine from the pharmacy.

Salama Mohamed: Amazing service. They do your X-ray while you are laying in your bed at ER with no need to move to the X-ray department! Amazing less time less hustle! They even serve food (box box including main course- fruits- coffee – justice- and dessert and they are all served very cold 😎) while waiting for your blood test to be done. So doctors are very very friendly and they come every time with a smile ( I mean nowadays you barely can tell from people wearing mask 😷) would definitely recommend burjeel al najdah as it’s very clean and quite to have a cat nap 😴.
Dr.Damodharan Varadarajan: One of the best maintained hospital.The moment you land in you feel you are in a Hotel not a hospital the employee dressed well as well connect and help and treat you well. My first impression is one of 7 star hospital I have visited in UAE as it looks very clean and beautiful. Amazing experience.

Christou: As an outpatient of the Radiation Oncology Department, at Burjeel Medical City, under the care of Dr. Majed Alghamdi and his team, I felt comfortable and at ease throughout my treatment. The attention and care received from the entire medical staff team was outstanding, to say the least. This includes the Doctor, Nurses, Medical Specialist Technicians, Receptionist, Office Staff, etc. Their dedication and compassion for their patients is truly remarkable. I went to see the Orthopedic doctor. at that time, the OPD was very busy, there were many patients at that time. the lady staff in the counter that time she is pregnant staff but she helped all the patients very kindly and diligently. At that time she was working alone at that counter.she also pushed my wheelchair to the doctor. i really appreciate that. Very good staff and very good hospital.

One day saw a post in FB about non surgical spinal decompression at.Adam and Eve about Dr Hafizul. Done sessions with him which is approved by Insurance. Loco Chivas: Excellent team of Wise, Diligent and Family minded Doctors along with exemplary support from the nurses, both of whom gave their precious time and mind presence to present the right diagnosis, perform immaculate treatments and accurate logistics (tracking, accounting and implementation). I would recommend this hospital any day. Five stars is not enough to rate them, we need more stars.

Uttam Singh: 16 years of service, operations, treatments and delivery of our two kids, NMC has always taken care of everything. Doctors and Staff have been really good and professional except one or two but most importantly, hospital has admin and complain department which address your complains so promptly. This is sign of a good hospital. I have seen the good changes in hospital over last 16 years and i am sure hospital will continue to improve n upgrade its services according to time and needs to patients.

Myfaym M: Very friendly specialist service. The Doctors take time to explain details. Tests were thorough and all necessary. All the staff is very helpful and friendly. The other day I was there for almost a day doing tests and consultations and was also able to put in some work because their wifi is super. Special mention to; Dr Tank, Vanessa, Dr Nigel and Dr Wolfgang. The only downside is the Pharmacy. It is a bit slow moving but bearable.

Ali Alzaabi: The hospital is very great, good and all facilities and services are good. One thing Needs to be improved, the pharmacy is messy and some patients come late and go first. I advice to keep in mind that there are too much patients and it is important to open more than three counter at least. They open two counter for insurance and two for cash and the cash counter not busy like insurance. I recommend to bear in mind my advice. Plz 10 patients to wait more than one hour in pharmacy!!!!!! update: 13-12-2022 Five star for the changing that happened, I appreciate it

Princess Kodhai: Good customer service and doctors. Doctors and nurses are friendly. The Inpatient service and rooms are clear and good. The accessible for differently abled as well. Calm music in lobby. Clean floors and bathroom. Drinking water is available in multiple places on each floor.

Angielyn Moralita: I had surgery two months back for my knee (ACL torn) in SEHA Emirates Hospital. It’s just a small Hospital compare to other hospitals but I chose to be there as they have good services and because of Dr. Tayseer. He was recommended to me by my colleagues and I can tell from my first visit that he is really good at his profession, he is actually funny but strict when it comes to my exercises/therapy after surgery, he makes sure that I am doing it right and I am discipline to do it which is good for my recovery. Also, all nurses are friendly and will always make you feel comfortable. I just hope the Hospital can have bigger space not only for their patients but for their staff as well.
