Mohammad Irshad: Been in hospital for a day surgery.. Was really excited when saw the facility and what they have made available in hospital.. I would rather say its a hotel.. Rooms are super big as compared to a regular hospital bed and they furnished it as a hotel. They even included spa service in hospital. Really appreciate the management. And the staffs are so compliant to the set DoH protocol, wether its COVID protocol or patient identification. Thank you Dr Sachin and the Staff( sorry don’t remember name) Dr Milind ,his team and the Staff( sorry don’t remember name) , for the good service. Ms. Danica , Guest ambassador was so helpful orienting the room and available services. Thank you Entire OT staff and ward staff especially Sr Tintu Wilson who was my primary nurse. Took care of my post surgical pain very well.. I am a Nurse and I know how hospital runs, I really recommend this facility whole hearted. Keep the good work up.

Hazel Cuya-Olarte: This hospital deserve more than a 5 stars. First, the Clinic staff from the reception to admission they are all friendly and accomodating especially ms Anabelle who personally assist us and give everything we need. Second, the facility is really superb, clean and has a hotel feel like room for patients and companion which make yoi feel more comfortable in the hospital. 3rd, nurses and doctor is really attentive on the needs of the patient. Will really recommend this hospital for any medical needs you will encounter in the future ❤️👍🏻

Muhammad Azhar Sayyed: This is one of the best hospitals I have ever seen. All the staff and doctors are very polite and friendly. We are consulting Dr. Linette in Gastroenterology department. She is the best doctor, very kind and compassionate person. Her treatment for Crohn’s disease has worked extremely well for my wife. Dr. Renuka in Gynecology department is excellent. Ms. Denica at the hospital reception is also very kind. Free Valet Parking service. This hospital looks like a 5 star hotel. Kudos to the team.

Atanga Venantius: Aster is generally one of the best clinic/hospitals I have visited so far. Particularly aster clinic tourist club area is exceptionally great. Great services ,understanding staff, rapid and very polite to their guests. In an overall I was so happy and pleased with the services and I will like to recommend this place. They also have strict covid-19 rules. Parking available and paid, 9:00pm they are closed

archibald samson: The staff at Al Noor hospital are amazing and I would have given an overall 5 star rating except for housekeeping which left a lot to be desired. It got me concerned about the hospital’s overall sanitation process. I’m not sure I’d be in a hurry to be admitted there again because of this experience. The nurses and doctors were wonderful and I can’t praise their professionalism enough. I was made to feel comfortable and looked after very well.

Jibin Anathazhath: Very good facility. Good doctors. However not adequately staffed to meet the seasonal demands. Some of the front of house staffs are really rude. They must understand that people are there to seek medical care which a paid service not a charity. They must show respect to the customers. I do understand the overwhelming numbers that they deal with. However, they must be trained to treat people with respect. At the end, it is the service offered as overall that matters. The facility, doctors and the customer service all are equal parameters of customer satisfaction.

One day saw a post in FB about non surgical spinal decompression at.Adam and Eve about Dr Hafizul. Done sessions with him which is approved by Insurance. Derly May Notado: My whole pregnancy journey became easy because of the help of my Doctor. Doctor Jhuma is very helpful, concerned, supportive and nice to me all throughout. It is also evident that she is an expert because of her years of experience. She accommodate all my questions and guide me if any concerns I have. I would like also to thank the nurses who helped me during my check ups and specially the day I deliver my baby. All the nurses are nice and it is easy to communicate with them. She has been the best thing that happened to our family during our pregnancy journey and we were so content and happy at the end of it. I genuinely loved Dr Razia’s ever so smiling, always positive, professional yet friendly approach. She loves what she is doing & through my visits I have grown immense respect and affection for her. She was with us through our ups and downs and provided the needed guidance to me. I delivered a baby girl in Sept 2022 and we are so grateful to her in many ways. If I plan to have a second baby in future, there’s no doubt it has to be with Dr Razia!❣️ My overall experience of NMC hospital has also been very nice, all the staff and nurses are extremely sweet and helpful. The hospital is clean, well maintained, the food for patients is quite decent also. The hospital also provides Hala Baby Training Classes as well as Yoga Classes which are super helpful specially for first time moms like me. A Special mention to Dr Sunita for the Hala baby training classes where I learnt a lot and Harpreet Maam for the Yoga classes which gave me great confidence in my body. I personally feel the Yoga was a great value add in helping me successfully have a vaginal delivery. My only feedback for them would be to look at reducing the wait time for patients at the pharmacy. Definitely recommend this hospital, thank you team NMC – each and every staff who was part of my journey 😊

Lynn L: This was my third knee surgery at HSMC. Dr Amjad is wonderful; I’ve seen him so much he’s like part of my family! This was by far the easiest recovery I have had following a knee surgery. I was walking without crutches the following day, and I’ve had virtually no pain! Dr. Moudar was my anesthesiologist for the second time, and once again he was wonderful. I highly recommend him. I recovered quickly and easily from the anesthesia, and as I said before, I had virtually no pain. I hope to never see these doctors again (because I hope to never need knee surgery again) unless it is out and around town.

The service was quick and efficient, for a reasonable price and the staff was accommodating and guided us through the process of getting through all our lab tests. Christy R: I am satisfied with my dental visits with Dr. Jacob and Ms. Ruby thus far. He is very thorough as he explains all the details as he completes his work. Ms. Ruby is a gentle soul and always welcomes me as if I’m at home. My only complaint rests with those on duty at reception. They are not friendly and act as though you are bothering them when you approach the desk. This has been my experience twice (women and men) . I hope it changes. Those working at places of business need to understand that if they are the first point of contact at an entrance or exit, the wrong approach can be the difference between a consumer returning or not.
