Zhao Qingqing: Dr. Ahmed Mahmoud Hamza in general surgery department is very professional and helpful. As a patient, I can feel his carefulness and patience. I would highly recommend Dr. Ahmed. The only thing that I am not happy with this hospital is that the waiting time is too long to collect the medicine from the pharmacy.

The delivery journey from the labor ward to the operating room and most especially to the maternity ward (room 531) was EXCELLENT. Our experience was perfect. Mohammed Belal: Dr. Nihal was great in assessing the patients problem, hence we had a positive outcome after the visit. The nursing and caring team was excellent in providing the required services to the patient. Moreover, we surprised by their baby gifts. We were extremely satisfied with Medeor hospital.

IB’s worlD: Very good experience and care from the hospital, starting from the door with the security guard to the specialists that I met. A health care facility has a lot of pressure as the staff are dealing with various patients and visitors with different needs and priorities. LLH was able to handle that in the best way and and they provided the best care.. Well organized CS team. Especially Ms/ Sara. she is the right person in the right place really! She is amazing in the way how she deals with the patients’ families. I wish her a successful life as she deserves the best always.

Leah Liagh: One of the most amazing hospital both on it’s interior and exterior. The inside was so spacious and elegant, from the view, to the lounge area, to it’s wonderful accessibility which escalators and elevator were both available, to a big parking area, everything. The staffs were friendly and accommodating and during my flu shot this week, I didn’t feel even an ant bite from it, the nurse did the job so right and effortless. A must recommended hospital, unfortunately, my insurance is not covered here or else, I will choose this over and over again. God bless and More Power!

Shemi and Her Sweet Escapes: One of the major clinic in abudabi, Beautiful interior and exterior. The inside was so spacious and elegant, view frim the lounge area is wonderful, i went here for Covid vaccination,Big parking area, The staffs were so friendly, Very good infrastructure and amazing advanced hospital in abudabi.
Fida Ummer: I gave birth to my second child on 23rd of November. Overall good experience. Stayed in the maternity ward for 8 days. Gynec and pediatric doctors were good. Nurses are very cooperative and supportive. One nurse – April was too good, very positive and more than ready to help, she puts a smile on everybody’s face. Sadly, she said she is serving notice period. The food was amazing. We are very happy with the 8 days stay.

Bernadine Karunaratne: Over the last seven months, I have experienced the very best from the NMC nursing team from 3 areas – ER, Urology & Surgical Ward. The best nurses treated me as a person first, then as a patient. The best nurses listened to my suggestions and explanations as I was able to offer feedback on what I was experiencing as a patient. As a patient I also went out of my way to thank these nurses for what they do and all patients need to remember to respect these individuals who are committed to doing the best they can for their patients. archibald samson: The staff at Al Noor hospital are amazing and I would have given an overall 5 star rating except for housekeeping which left a lot to be desired. It got me concerned about the hospital’s overall sanitation process. I’m not sure I’d be in a hurry to be admitted there again because of this experience. The nurses and doctors were wonderful and I can’t praise their professionalism enough. I was made to feel comfortable and looked after very well.

Jibin Anathazhath: Very good facility. Good doctors. However not adequately staffed to meet the seasonal demands. Some of the front of house staffs are really rude. They must understand that people are there to seek medical care which a paid service not a charity. They must show respect to the customers. I do understand the overwhelming numbers that they deal with. However, they must be trained to treat people with respect. At the end, it is the service offered as overall that matters. The facility, doctors and the customer service all are equal parameters of customer satisfaction.

Although, it takes much longer in comparison with Sheikh Shakhbout Medical City for the patients cases to be processed and sent to doctor. Clinics of it are good, but the medical attention and patients handlingscould be improved in hands of better management.

Sarin Soman: one best hospitals in Abu Dhabi. So far good experience except the outpatient clinic visit registration. Staffs and doctors are very friendly and explain you everything. Many specialities you can find here which not available in other hospital in the city. If you are planning to visit Outpatient clinic and your insurance is not covering direct billing then please take insurance authorization before your visit. Please do atleast 7 days before your visit. Registration staff at the counter are not friendly and couldn’t provide much information.
