herbiaz: The whole Magrabi LASIK experience from the front desk, reception, case manager, counsellor, nurses and Dr. Hisham was amazing. Initially I met with some problem with the insurance, whereby the hospital did not raise request to my insurance for the guarantee letter and I only find out on the day of my surgery. But Ms. Sara whom is the counsellor was so helpful that she helped contacted my insurance immediately and help to sort things out. Really appreciate her efficient and helpful support on this! I highly recommend this hospital for LASIK under Dr. Hisham and I should have done it earlier. Now I can see clearly without my spectacles. Not to mention that it only took 1 day of recovery.
