Dr Milind Khare: Visited Marco’s couple of weeks ago for a quick lunch with wife and kids. The outdoor seating has amazing ambience. We ordered a margarita pizza and Fettuccine pasta with chicken, along with 2 drinks. The pizza was fresh and flavorful. The pasta was rich and creamy, and we loved it along with a complimentary bread. Our server Joshy was just amazing, he was very polite and ensured quick service. Joanna Marciano: The food is incredible, ranking the food that I ordered, #1 is Fritto Misto, they fry it really nicely crisp and not over frying it, #2 Diavola Pizza is another favorite of mine, the dough is perfectly done, itβs chewy in a very nice way that I like, βsimilar to an Al dente pastaβ and itβs crispy again which I really lovely #3 is the Caesar Salad which is divine also which has a balance of the tart and saltiness #4 is the lasagna Bolognese, if youβre a fan of meaty pasta this is really a fantastic meaty pasta too. The pairing that we did is the white Italian Pignot Grigio which actually is a perfect blend for our food. Service is top notch too, and if youβre looking for a very nice cozy which envelopes a warm atmosphere with a very soothing voice from their in-house pianist and vocalist Nathan this I a perfect spot. The staff here are very courteous, Joshua was serving us mostly but everyone has been very inviting. And to perfectly end my night the doneness of the chocolate mousse they made for me is really really sumptuous, not gelatinous, it has a velvety texture that really makes it smoothly pleasing to finish. Iβm very happy to spend my birthday dinner here. Wouldnβt mind coming back for a repeat and try out their other dishes.

Amna Khan: One of the best italian restaurant in UAE…few days back we had dine out experience at newly opened ilforno branch in al forsan central mall. Food was really good, specially their pizza’s and pasta’s were really hit items in their menu… We have orderd spicy ranch pizza n baked Lasagna both were really scrumptious and in grilled we have ordered grilled hamour with veggies really good! In dessert we had blueberry cheese cake really yummy. I recommend you guys if you really love Italian food then must try!

Rhea Ramesh: Was a lovely experience! Went with a group of friends. Had a Pesto pasta, Carbonara Risotto, and a Vegan Lasagna! The Risotto was absolutely devoured and was amazing! DAVID DOUGLAS: Bit late in reviewing our amazing experience at Villa Toscana at St Regis Hotel, Corniche, in Abu Dhabi. During the Christmas celebrations my wife and I visited this lovely Italian restaurant on Christmas Day and returned again on New Years Eve. I contacted the Manager, Domenico, in advance, as we are both vegans and they went out of their way to prepare an amazing set vegan menu for both occasions. Domenico emailed us in advance to review the menu which made us feel very special. We were overjoyed with our Christmas Day experience so had no hesitation in booking for New Years Eve. We were very well attended to by Domenico and his team and cannot thank them enough for making our first Christmas and New Year in Abu Dhabi so memorable. Highly recommended, not just for vegans!

Jay Mathur: Quite possibly the best Italian restaurant in the capital, in my opinion, the multi-awarded Villa Toscana in @stregisabudhabi is exceptional at so many levels! The interiors have a warm and intimate vibe with murals on the walls depicting the picturesque countryside almost transporting you to the Tuscan Valley. The staff, as expected at any St. Regis is incredible at their service. The star of it all is the food. It hits you on another level altogether. For starters, I recommend the prized “Chianna” Carpaccio stuffed with rocket radicchio, tomatoes, parmesan cheese and caramelised onions and the Spicy prawns baked in the oven with garlic and basil and served with a freshly baked soft bread that is so good. If you’re a risotto lover like me then try the Risotto with Porcini and fried oyster mushrooms. It’s creamy, delicious and can easily be the only dish you need to order at Villa Toscana. The Pappardelle with Prawns in a tomato sauce was surprisingly better than expected. Their desserts are mind-blowing as well. I always try to get Tiramisu, one of my favourite desserts and a true test for any Italian restaurant. Villa Toscana put this classic on a stick in an ice cream format and I couldn’t have asked for a better way to end a fabulous meal. If you’re in Abu Dhabi and you’ve got something to celebrate or just want to have really really good Italian food then Villa Toscana is highly recommended. It will be memorable for sure. We had the Polo Alfunghi to share followed by the baked Pasta and the Pizza. The food was great, well presented and a good sized portion.
