Hasan Abdulmohsen: I recently had to stay at this hospital for 4 days due to a high temperature, and I must say that my experience was excellent. The staff were professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable about my condition. Every doctor took the time to visit me in my room and diagnose my disease thoroughly, including doctors from ENT, internal medicine, general surgery, and more. The prescribed medications worked very well, and I was able to recover quickly. The hospital rooms are luxurious and clean, and the healthy food options were a nice touch. The availability of 24/7 nurses was very helpful, and they were always ready to assist me whenever I needed them. The hospital is also equipped with state-of-the-art technologies, including X-ray and MRI machines, which made my diagnosis and treatment more efficient. Rania Ayesh: I’ve been a regular patient at this hospital for over 18 months. I’ve been admitted 3 times and stayed 3-4 days each time. The doctors are great, nurses are sweet, lab techs are kind, porters are helpful. Never have I had any negative issues. Pharmacy takes a while to get to you, but there are several to go to. Emergency department is a bit chaotic but what hospital has the perfect ED? Come on people, look at the positives and be thankful. Otherwise, just go elsewhere without bashing the place.

archibald samson: The staff at Al Noor hospital are amazing and I would have given an overall 5 star rating except for housekeeping which left a lot to be desired. It got me concerned about the hospital’s overall sanitation process. I’m not sure I’d be in a hurry to be admitted there again because of this experience. The nurses and doctors were wonderful and I can’t praise their professionalism enough. I was made to feel comfortable and looked after very well.

Jibin Anathazhath: Very good facility. Good doctors. However not adequately staffed to meet the seasonal demands. Some of the front of house staffs are really rude. They must understand that people are there to seek medical care which a paid service not a charity. They must show respect to the customers. I do understand the overwhelming numbers that they deal with. However, they must be trained to treat people with respect. At the end, it is the service offered as overall that matters. The facility, doctors and the customer service all are equal parameters of customer satisfaction.
