Kashmiri Khawaja: What a magnificent beauty molded in building of Palace. So enormous yet so easy to move around. Very kid friendly surprisingly. And the views were breathtaking at back of palace. All the things at display and the piano lady was so excellent. The interiors were amazing and really enjoyed seeing them again and again. The place kind of brings thinkings about the time when it was used as a real palace to live in. Great place to stay and even visit only. Staff was so humble, supportive and nice. Travel Clever (Travel Guide): We visited the Hotel just to see its magnificent interiors done with golden decor. I must say the Hotel is worth visiting. We were so amazed to see this beautiful place. We also tried one of their Signature Coffees at the Cafe inside the Hotel. Even that was a very good experience. The staff here is very good.

Vikesh Dass: We visited one of the restaurants here and the food was decent and delicious, service on point however for the buffet you will have to help yourselves. There was a chef as well who could help prepare some food of your choice as well.. Not crowded at all and options were good for someone who enjoys meat or seafood but for vegetarians the options are limited. Ina Sharma: The Hotel looks good and the staff is also nice but the room particularly the one I stayed in was not up to the mark. We went for a base category but it was way to small plus the room had this old vibe of staying in a motel. Carpet has holes due to smoking Buds ( which were not covered). The lobby had smoking fragrance ( May be because they were smoking rooms but still ) The Room was very small as compared to the ones that we saw on the Website. Though we were mostly out exploring hence was fine. But if you are planning to stay for longer duration. Ashra Arsha: Such a Fantastic experience I had, You are never going to want to leave this hotel! I certainly didn’t. The location and rooms are beautiful, the staff is warm, responsive, and friendly. pattaraporn Mekavuthikul: Very comfortably to stay here.First we booked for twin bed but the first room they gave us was single bed but the staff was very helpful and they can change room for us. Food is quite good. Room was clean. Fitness was the best, open 24/7 and a lot of high tech machine. Last of all we requested for late check out at 2.00 and the staff(Jessica) was very helpful and managed for us. Davis Smith: Stayed here for our honeymoon and did not regret it one bit! We paid for the packages that gives you access to the horizon lounge and that is one of the parts that made our stay amazing. Priya served us and was very polite and nice and went the extra mile in serving us. The chef spoke to our wife and found out it was our honeymoon and went above and beyond having the servers bring over champagne. Along with the hotel staff preparing our room to make It romantic for our honeymoon we cannot say enough good things about the staff. The hotel was beyond beautiful and worth every dollar but what made our experience special was the staff.

Grace Ghunaim: My son and I chose to stay at the hotel as we were attending a conference, the hotel is awesome to say the least and it’s not just the amenities it’s the people most of all. Of course the room was phenomenal and the food was amazing but the people experience is beyond amazing. From the moment you enter and meet Renee and Amit at the valet to the reception we’re every single person is more than pleasant and helpful. Their smiles are real and genuine. Even the maintenance workers moving around are hospitable and pleasant. Roselle Ann Reyes: I will give the hotel 4 stars as it needs an improvement regarding the availability of the room. We booked for 2 rooms but only one room was available. We understand that the hotel busy but we already given allotted time for the hotel for their rooms to be prepared as we already checked in late. However, the buffet breakfast was superb. atifhaquk: Stayed here for ufc280. The room was amazing. The bed was comfortable and the view of the marina was fantastic, room had everything from coffee machine to ironing board. Had a bath tub and also walk In shower so ideal for those who prefer that. Room included breakfast which was good. The staff are excellent and very attentive. Would most definitely stay here again as I enjoyed it that much. Reason for 1 less star is some left the socks in bag that housed the hairdryer. Which was hilarious but also a little rank 😂.

Shazia Saleemi: We had the best Christmas dining experience! The variety and quality of food were impeccable. The staff were attentive, accommodating, and all worked so hard to put together a memorable family oriented Christmas lunch, most going to extra lengths to make the experience special. Claudia De Los Santos Paredes: Beautiful hotel, finely decorated. Excellent attention, concerned about all the details to make a pleasant stay. They lent me an abaya to go to the mosque, without having to pay extra. I recommend paying for the Club Lounge, it works out better than paying for each meal. The hotel is located in front of the Grand Mosque, excellent!

Darsh Sarvaiya: Extremely beautiful hotel with very good breakfast spread. Service provided by the staff is very good and always with a smile. They paid attention to all the small details to make us feel comfortable! We were given a generous 2.5hr checkout extension. When we discovered the lamps in our room weren’t working, the staff immediately sent someone to fix them at 1am. The family rooms are humongous. We were blown away!

Grant Hills: We have been coming to stay at the Al Raha for 10 years. The location is good as a base. The staff can’t do enough to be helpful and make your stay a great experience. The facilities are very good with a lovely pool and private beach. There are good facilities for young children. The restaurant is nice and there is a nice area outside to eat. There is a small shopping mall attached to the hotel and a off licence. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5

Buki Akilapa: Enjoyed staying at this five star hotel. Excellent customer service. All reception and dining staff were very helpful and friendly. Yemen and Sarah at the reception were exceptional. Very clean, beautiful and pleasant environment. Food was amazing. Lovely spread of a variety of food with great taste. The gym trainer Bakr was very experienced and was able to encourage us to carry on doing regular exercise as a family. Jeff Wettlaufer: Great hotel in a central, safe location. Room was clean and spacious, staff were friendly and helpful. Two small suggestions. USB charging ports in rooms for international travelers would be helpful, and a simple coat of paint on the trellis in the pool area would brighten it up and give the pool a more polished feel. It currently feels a little neglected, but is such a great asset to the property and is such a simple fix. Overall a great stay, and well maintained hotel. Riivo Roose: Spectacular hotel when it comes to service. Everyone is so nice, welcoming and helpful. Also the facilities, gym, pool, sauna are good. Special me mention to the restaurant, where food is amazing(especially the salads and desserts) and service top notch. If they only replaces the furniture with some cheap modern ikea, they would be winning hearts left and right. A true hidden gem and I will certainly visit again.

Mohamed Nasir: Overall a good hotel if you want a good price weekend away. This hotel has been renovated but can still feel the old place. You have to walk in the roads underpass to get to the beach and pool area. Breakfast buffet was not anything special but had the typical items. Service was excellent and friendly. Rooms are decently sized and had lots of space. The down sides of it were only that there really isn’t much of a view and that the washrooms are not well renovated (water damage on the ceiling and we had a small leak on the floor) Rooms: 3 Service: 5 Location: 4

Nestor: Excellent location. Housekeeping very good. Room: A/C is off or airplane turbine mode, it wakes you up in the night, so loud, can’t start in auto mode at slow fan speeds. Nowhere to hang towels in the bathroom, nowhere. Room door opened to 50%, to open it fully required super hero powers. Reported this and nothing was done. Service at the pool was almost non-existent, required getting up to ask for service and getting up to ask for the food again. There’s no self-parking, it’s all valet parking and while it’s free you wouldn’t not give a tip. The jazz club is closed, it used to be such a great place. Natalia Czajkowska: Great beach and swimming pool complex as well as gym! The hotel is one of the oldest buildings in Abu Dhabi and you feel this. It’s nicely new decorated, although the ceiling in rooms is quite low, etc. The only complain is about my room, was the smell of cigarettes in my bathroom (I stayed 5days and reported that immediately after arrival, they did literally nothing!) Joelle Saab: Honestly, superb experience! The customer service and staff friendliness are beyond words! I’ve been to soo many hotels in my life and I’m the pickiest person on earth but I can say that I rarely see this level of professionalism. It was my mother’s birthday and they made sure it was celebrated many times through free room decoration and cake, then on the house cake at the Italian restaurant coupled with the live band singing happy birthday. The food at the Italian restaurant was very good. The food at the pool area was not bad but not the best. The cleanliness is top. Eliza Bayona: If you’re into seafood, you will really like their brunch buffet. You can order lobsters all you want and they also have an oyster bar. It is in the pricey side but it’s worth it for all those lobsters we ate lol. The staff are really attentive and they make sure you have a great experience. Definitely coming back! Y.C. 6001: Beautiful hotel located off a striking beach, Saadiyat Rotana is truly a resort that one can head off to rest and relax 😊 The service is excellent, the rooms are clean, large and comfortable – more than one can ask for. The bed, the pillows are very light and comfortable whilst the amenities are truly world class.

Ahmed Nizar: Love the way they treat the guests. The staffs are polite, supportive & kind. I don’t remember their names but the receptionists, housekeeping, gym & restaurant staffs that we met – everyone had a smiling face and looked for how to help. Their gym is one of the best ones I’ve ever seen in UAE hotels.

Arsalan Ahmed: We had a good time here, a bit far from the city. Quite an old building but reasonably maintained. The gym is pretty good but the steam room was out of service. The tennis court is now converted into a paddle court (Paid). The evening is amazing & calm there. Outdoor and indoor Sheesha are both available there. The staff is cooperative.
